Over the years, the company enjoy their own factory with over 100 high skilled workers, which located at Guangzhou, Mainland China; and a R&D department cooperate with Japanese company who create the latest designs to meet global market trends and to promote the pearl products to various levels from sophisticated to teenage fashion. Company already has established a good reputation in the international pearl market for pearls. It also build a strong network and relationship with many overseas' buyers from US and EU.

With company’s business development, company’s pearl farm area has been developed into ten times as 20 years ago to 300 acre. Respectively, HAI DE MING now cultivates freshwater pearls in their own lake of over 180 acre in Zhejiang Province, Chinese Akoya Pearls also are cultivating in their own sea of 100 acre in Zhanjiang City. Company set up a research basic for two project about pearl for many professors from Ocean Science of Hainan University and Zhanjiang Ocean University do some science research. It can continue searching and improving the pearl farming techniques to grow larger, rounder and better luster pearls with international needs increasing. it is becoming the prime energy of the company development.

Each product has to attain the signature from three mummer of quality control team before it go to the market.
